Manufacturing process development

Fideltronik offers wider range of manufacturing and test process development services. Our expertise in high-mix low volume manufacturing of high-complexity products and low-mix high volume production allows us to develop suitable tooling and testing equipment that fulfils the process controls and quality requirements.

Tooling for assembly process

SMT tooling design (stencils, PCB supports etc.). Design and build of soldering carriers for wave soldering process and other special jigs and tools for PCB manufacturing process.

AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) development

Development of special test script (program) for automated optical inspection machines (AOI)

ICT (In Circuit Test) development

Fixture design & build for Innovate 9000, HP-7030, SPEA testers. Test script development and validation.

Functional test development

Fideltronik has large experience in design and build of functional testers, mainly for high-power, lighting and telecom applications. Most of the test machines use LabView / Test Stand environment and online connection to oracle database for result gathering and traceability. Various statistical analysis and GR&R upon requests also possible.

Special processes development

Experience in processes like polyurethane encapsulation & potting, conformal coating or PCB to heat-sinks bonding and allows our engineering team to build suitable manufacturing tools/machines or upgrade existing ones.
